40ème colloque EGOS
Laurence Lemoine et Philippe Coulombel, enseignants-chercheurs à l'IDRAC BS, ont participé au 40ème colloque EGOS qui s’est déroulé du 4 au 6 juillet 2024 à Milan.
Laurence et Donatienne Delorme (Excelia Business School) ont présenté une communication intitulée "Regenerative business: strategies and ecosystem diversity" dans le cadre du groupe de travail "Ecological Insights on Sustainable Organizing : Bridging Organizational and Natural Sciences."
Philippe a présenté deux communications durant le groupe de travail "The (Partial) Organization of Meta-organizations" : l’une avec Andrew Barron (TBS Education), intitulée "Exploring the dark sides of meta-organizations through the prism of co-optation", l’autre avec Eric-Michaël Laviolette (TBS Education) et Sébastien Arcand (HEC Montréal), intitulée "Meta-Organization,Collective Identity & Organizationality in a context of Crisis."
