8 Faculty Positions in Innovation, E-business and E-management, Finance and Marketing

IDRAC business school is expanding its research activities. As the first business school in France to have seven campuses, IDRAC is currently growing at an annual rate of over 10%.
At IDRAC, pedagogy and research are enhanced by the strategic cooperation with the business community. The size and diversity of this network provide multidisciplinary research activities; IDRAC is focusing on developing the synergy between professors, industry and knowledge/technology transfer.

For this ongoing expansion, IDRAC business school is hiring 8 professors in the fields of:

Innovation :

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, and ideally accreditation to supervise research and / or doctoral students.
They must have a strong aptitude for research, confirmed by high level publications and a teaching experience in strategic innovation, production innovation, business model and innovation...
The ability to teach in French and in English is required. Candidates could teach in all programs across the IDRAC campuses (undergraduate and postgraduate) and also in executive education programme (customized and MBA). The candidate will actively contribute to the development of research projects and knowledge transfer; s/he must be able to work as a team with the international partnerships and the seven IDRAC campuses.

E-business and E-management :

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, and ideally accreditation to supervise research and / or doctoral students.
They must have a strong aptitude for research, confirmed by high level publications and a teaching experience in online logistics management, management of virtual branding, e-reputation...
The ability to teach in French and in English is required. Candidates could teach in all programs across the IDRAC campuses (undergraduate and graduate) and also in executive education programme (customized and MBA). The candidate will actively contribute to the development of research projects and knowledge transfer; s/he must be able to work as a team with the international partnerships and the seven IDRAC campuses.
 
Finance :

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, and ideally accreditation to supervise research and / or doctoral students.
They must have a strong aptitude for research, confirmed by high level publications and a teaching experience in corporate finance, audit...
The ability to teach in French and in English is required. Candidates could teach in all programs across the IDRAC campuses (undergraduate and graduate) and also in executive education programme (customized and MBA). The candidate will actively contribute to the development of research projects and knowledge transfer; s/he must be able to work as a team with the international partnerships and the seven IDRAC campuses.

Marketing :

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, and ideally accreditation to supervise research and / or doctoral students.
They must have a strong aptitude for research, confirmed by high level publications and a teaching experience in marketing of innovation, marketing post-modern...
The ability to teach in French and in English is required. Candidates could teach in all programs across the IDRAC campuses (undergraduate and graduate) and also in executive education programme (customized and MBA). The candidate will actively contribute to the development of research projects and knowledge transfer; s/he must be able to work as a team with the international partnerships and the seven IDRAC campuses.
